Skills Profile and Minimum Credits

培养的学生应具有坚实的法学理论基础，系统地掌握 法学各学科基础知识，了解国内外法学理

论及立法信息，并能用一门外语阅读专业书刊； 同时对相关专业的重要知识有所了解；能较熟练地

应用有关法律知识和法律规定办理各类 法律事务，能结合相关专业知识解决法律纠纷，并有从事法

学教育和研究工作的基本能力 与素质，从而具有较广泛的社会适应能力。

The

students

we

cultivate

must

have

strong

foundation

of

legal

theoretical

basis,

grasp

the

basic

knowledge

of

various

legal

courses,

keep

abreast

of

the

new

Chinese

and

foreign

legal

theories

and

legislative information, and can use at least one foreign language to read professional journals. Meantime,

students

should

be

familiar

with

the

relevant

professional

knowledge

and

be

capable

of

using

legal

knowledge that they learned to deal with kinds of legal issues and solve legal disputes. The students are

also required to be able to do law education or research work and have ability to adjust to the society.

In order to strongthen students

’

practial abilities, we arrange the following practical trainings:

1.

Moot court practices are hold in the third and forth semester ,lasting for a week respectively.

2.

As an academic year thesis writing practice,students are required to write a 5000 words thesis

at the end of the sixth semester.

3.

Practical

trainings

in

legal

sectors(

Courts,

the

Procetratorate,

Public

Security

Bureau

or

law

firms)

are

arranged

in

the

18

th

week

of

the

seventh

semester.

Students

are

required

to

write

training diaries and a traing report no less than 5000 words on which training sector will

give

an evaluation and tutors will give the final score.
